Ingredients:
Chicken breasts and leg pieces 650grams
Yogurt (beaten). 1/2cups
Red chilli powder. 1tsp
Chaat masala. 1tsp
Garlic. (Chopped). 1 tsp
Ginger (chopped). 1tsp
Red chilli paste. 1tbsp
Turmeric powder. 1/2tsp
Carom seeds. 1 pinch
Hot spices power. 1tsp
Lemon juice. 2tsp.
Orange food colour. 1 pinch
Salt. 1 tsp
Spring onions. For garnishing
Method:
Make deep cuts in chicken pieces with a knife.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Cover the mixture on all sides of the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 2hours.
Transfer into a pyrex dish and place in a pre_ heated oven at 180°c for 30 minutes remove.
Garnish tandoori chicken with spring onions and serve.
