Ingredients:
White dried milk 🥛. 1/2kg
Eggs. 1
Sugar. 1tbsp
Baking powder. 1/2tbsp
Refined flour. 3tbsp
Semolina. 3tbsp
Clarified butter. For frying+2tbsp
Syrup ingredients,
Suger 1/2kg
Water. 2cups
Cardamom powder. 1/2tsp
Sterling silver leaves, almonds, pistachios for garnishing.
Method:
Knead gulab jamun ingredients in a bowl and make small balls from the dough.
Heat oil in a wok and fry the balls till light golden.
Cook syrup ingredients in a pot to make thick syrup and remove from flame.
Transfer the balls into the pot and leave for half an hour.
When gulab jamun absorbs the syrup transfer on a dish and garnish with sterling silver leaves, almonds and pistachios.
