Ingredients:
Chicken pieces (cubed). 300gram
Ginger /garlic paste 1/2tsp
Fresh cream. 1,1/2tsp
Cheddar cheese (granted). 1tsp
Green chillies (blended) 1 tsp
Black pepper powder. 1tsp
Green masala (chopped). 1tsp
Lemon juice. 1,1/2tsp
Salt. For taste
Butter. 2tbsp+ for applying.
Method,
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Pierce chicken pieces onto wooden skewers.
Fry chicken in a frying pan from all sides while applying butter on top.
