Drumsticks

Ingredients:

Drumsticks.                                   6

Ginger /garlic paste.                 1 tsp 

Worcestershire sauce.             1tsp

Cumin powder.                         1 tsp 

Coriander powder.                    1tsp

Eggs.                                             2

Refined flour.(sieved).             1cup

Salt.                                             To taste 

Oil.                                              For frying

Method,

Make cuts on drumsticks with a knife and apply ginger /garlic, Worcestershire sauce, cumin powder, coriander powder,and salt and set aside for 10 minutes.

Beat egg with salt and coat drumsticks first with eggs then flour.

Heat oil in a wok and fry drumsticks until golden.
