Double chocolate brownies


 Ingredients:

Refined flour (sieved).              120grams 

Eggs                                                3

Sugar.                                             250grams 

Cocoa powder.                               60grams 

Baking powder.                              3/4tsp 

Baking soda.                                     3/4 cup 

Warm water.                                    3tsp 

Fresh milk.                                        1/2 cup 

Vanilla essence.                                 1tsp

Salt.                                                      1/3tsp 

Oil.                                                          1/4 cup 

Method:

Mix flour with Sugar,cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder,and salt.

Beat eggs with milk, oil, vanilla essence, warm water and flour mixture in a separate bowl an electric beater. 

Pour this mixture in a greased cake mould and place in a pre- heated oven at 180 c for 30 minutes.

Pierce a toothpick in the center of brownie cake and remove, if it is clean than brownie is ready.

Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Cut into pieces and serve.
