Vermicelli kheer

 

Ingredients:

Vermicelli (crushed)                   1/2cups 

Milk.   (Fresh).                              1liter 

Tapioca (soaked).                        2tbsp

Icing Suger.                                    1/2cup 

Cardamom (powdered)               1/2tbsp 

Rose water.                                     1tbsp 

Condensed milk.                                6tbsp

Almonds, pistachios (finely cut) 1/2tbsp 

Method:

Bring milk to boil in a pot.

Add tapioca ,cook for 10minutes, add sugar, cardamom and vermicelli, cook till thick.

Remove from flame, add condensed milk and rose water.

Dish out, garnish with almonds and pistachios, serve
