Ingredients:
Chicken breasts (boneless). 3
Potatoes (boiled and mashed). 2cup
Capsicum (finely cut) 1
Carrot (finely cut and boiled). 1
Sweet corns. 1/2cup
Spring onions (finely cut). 2tsp
Refined flour 4tbsp
Milk (fresh). 1/2cup
Black paper. (crushed). 1 tbsp
Hot spices powder. 1/2tbsp
Fresh coriander (finely cut). 3tbsp
Green chillies (finely cut). 2
Egg (beaten). 2
Water. 2 cups
Salt. 1 tbsp
Butter. 2tbsp
Oil. For frying
Lettuce leaves, tomato , onion for decoration
Method :
Boil chicken breasts in water until chicken is tender and than shred chicken.
Heat butter in a saucepan and add all the ingredients and cook for few minutes, then add chicken.
Shape mixture into kebabs and coat them with eggs.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry kebabs from both sides until golden.
Decorate a serving dish with lettuce leaves, tomato and onions, kebab on it and serve.
