Ingredients:
Milk (fresh). 1/2cup
Keenus. 2
Custard powder. (Made into paste with water). 4tbsp
Sugar. 1cup
Keenus zest 1tbsp
Fresh cream (whipped). 1cup
Biscuit sticks. For decoration
Method:
Peel keenus and extract juice.
Mix milk and sugar in a pot, bring to boil.
Add custard paste while continuously stirring, cook till thick, remove from flame.
Add keenu juice and zest, dish out.
Allow custard to cool, layer with fresh cream, decorate dish with biscuit sticks, serve.
